Replacement Policy

Customers have two days from the delivery date to request a replacement. To qualify, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Defective or Incorrect Product: If you receive a defective or wrong product, you must provide an unboxing video. This video is mandatory and should be sent to info@wrapmaster.in.
  2. Skin Fitting or Cutting Issues: If there are issues with the skin fitting or cutting accuracy, customers must send a video showing the skin application using a hair dryer or hot gun. Send this video to info@wrapmaster.in.

Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours, and you will receive a replacement within 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Incorrect Product Ordered / Incorrect Address or Phone Number

  • Incorrect Product Ordered: If you ordered the wrong product, you can change it within 2 hours of placing the order. To make changes, contact us at info@wrapmaster.in. Changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped, and Wrapmaster is not responsible for any replacement or refund for incorrect product orders.
  • Incorrect Address/Pincode/Phone Number: If an incorrect address, pincode, or phone number was entered, the product will not be delivered and will be returned to us. The customer must pay a return shipping charge of Rs. 100. Once we receive the product, we will resend it to you.

Order Not Received but Status Shows Delivered

If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your order, please email us within 24 hours. If we are not contacted within this timeframe, we will not be able to assist, as the carrier will not investigate the order after 24 hours.
